TO START

Spinach crepe with smoked salmon, cream cheese & capers served with red onion salad G/F available 

Sautéed flambé chicken livers & chestnut mushrooms on toasted ciabatta. G/F available

Sweet potato, chilli & coconut soup served with pumpkin seed bread G/F available

TO FOLLOW

Marinated roast venison steak served with fresh rosemary, parmentier potatoes, creamed savoy cabbage with bacon

lardons & a blackberyy jus

4hr braised beef cheeks in red wine & madeira served with dauphinoise potatoes & sweet glazed heritage carrots 

Pan-fried fillet of seabass served with chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables, black olive tapenade, saffron potatoes & tarragon oil  G/F available

Butternut squash & gruyere pithivier puff pastry tart served with porcini mushroom & fresh parmesan risotto G/F available

Home-made apple strudel served with vanilla custard
